Claire Snyman is an author, blogger and advocate for patient and health care collaboration and works as a patient experience consultant. She is passionate about inspiring people to put their health in their own hands as a result of her own lived experience as an individual with a brain tumor, brain injury and other chronic health conditions. She is a TEDx Speaker and is always looking for ways to increase communication and collaboration between patients, families, caregivers and the health care system to improve the patient experience, access to care and embed an understanding of what matters most to people across health care. Claire is also a co-author on multiple peer reviewed journal articles focused on the understanding of the etiology of the brain tumor she was diagnosed with.
