Jonny Morris serves as the CEO of the Canadian Mental Health Association (BC Division) and brings a deep commitment to transforming mental health care systems to better serve communities. Prior to becoming CEO, Jonny held senior roles in BC’s public service, including Senior Director of Policy and Legislation with the Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions. His career spans the academic, government and non-profit sectors. He holds masters and bachelors degrees in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria, where he also served as a sessional instructor.
