Event Description

Leading improvement initiatives and organizational transformation requires those who can understand both the people side of change as well as the processes involved. This webinar will provide learners with a foundation for creating thoughtful change management plans, focusing on how to best support those directly impacted by change.


Learning Objectives

At the end of this webinar, learners will be able to:

  • Describe how individuals experience and respond to change
  • Apply key change management concepts
  • Reflect on how change management is integrated with psychological health and safety in the workplace
