ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Claire is an author, blogger, TEDx speaker and advocate for patient and health care collaboration. She is passionate about inspiring people to put their health in their own hands as a result of her own lived experience as an individual with a brain tumour and other chronic health conditions. She always looks for ways to increase communication and collaboration between patients, families, caregivers and the health care system to improve the patient experience, access to care and embed an understanding of what matters most to people across health care.
