How Are We Getting There? Our 2016/17 Annual Report
This report documents our activities and accomplishments in 2016/17. As it has since our inception in 2008, our work grew and adapted to fit the evolving needs of our province’s health care system and the patients it serves.
Along the way, we collaborated with countless partners and saw our quality community grow. From improving quality of patient care to advancing the patient voice, and from engaging the system to building capability, our relentless pursuit of quality took us throughout British Columbia and across the continuum of care.
