Our interactive workshops provide opportunities for learners to dive deep into specific topics related to improving quality of care.
Offered both in-person and online, we’ll take a practical, hands-on approach on tools and strategies that can be used to answer questions, understand problems, and drive meaningful change. Through our workshops, learners build knowledge, skills and confidence in a method, tool or technique aimed at improving health care quality. Topics include measuring performance; change management; leading and engaging people; innovation; improving culture; and improving the experience of care.
Designed for a broad range of individuals with varying levels of experience, learners include individuals working in public health, acute care, primary care, community and home care, research, communications and regulation. We welcome administrators, clinicians, directors, leaders, project managers and patient partners, among others, to join us. The diversity of learners at these workshops contributes to a mix of perspectives gained during these sessions.
