This leaflet provides support for those recovering from sepsis. It helps patients, caregivers, and families know how to prevent re-infection and detect deterioration after recovery. Helpful links to valuable resources in BC and globally are included. Blank space has been left so so individuals can write in additional information about local resources for follow-up care. This leaflet is easiest to read as a digital document or as a printed double-sided sheet of paper. This leaflet was created with the Patient Advisory Council of Action on Sepsis at UBC.
