LTC+: May Coaching Session – Reducing Antipsychotics in LTC
On May 31, 2021, we hosted the first monthly coaching session as part of the initiative, LTC+: Acting on Pandemic Learning Together. The coaching sessions are scheduled on the last Monday of every month and will run until December 2021. The goal is to provide just-in-time, facilitated conversations and peer-to-peer learning where we will share relevant and best practice information to support your journey.

Reimagining LTC is another collaboration with Healthcare Excellence Canada. Participating care homes across the country are receiving seed funding, coaching, resources and monthly webinar supports to work on a quality improvement project.
