Margo Greenwood

Margo Greenwood is Vice-President of Indigenous Health with Northern Health. Margo is also an Indigenous scholar of Cree ancestry who focuses on the health and well-being of Indigenous children, families and communities across disciplines and sectors, and is the Academic Leader of the National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health and a Professor in both the First Nations Studies and Education programs at the University of Northern British Columbia. She has received numerous awards in recognition of work to promote awareness and policy action on the rights and well-being of Indigenous and non-Indigenous children, youth and families in addition to her work in the field of education.
