This webinar aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of workforce well-being through the question “What Matters to You?”, its relationship to quality improvement, and practical tools and techniques for fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational success.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this webinar, learners will:

  • Understand the concept of workforce well-being through “What Matters to You?” and its importance in fostering a positive work environment.
  • Identify the factors that contribute to workforce well-being, including employee engagement, meaningful work, and a supportive culture.
