Angie Natingor
Director, People & Strategy
Angie started at Health Quality BC in November 2024. As Health Quality BC’s interim Director of People and Strategy, she is responsible for activities related to the strategic direction and operations of Health Quality BC, and is grateful for the opportunity to provide leadership in the development and execution of the organization’s people and culture strategy.
She has worked in health care administration in British Columbia for the past decade, focusing on strategy, transformation and policy stewardship. She has held roles with Corporate Services and the Transformation Office at Vancouver Coastal Health, and the Benefit Management team at First Nations Health Authority. She has joined Health Quality BC on a secondment from Island Health, where she was the Manager of the Policy Stewardship Office. In this role, she was responsible for implementation and sustainment of the organization’s policy development framework, leading educational and change management activities.
Angie holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Bachelors of Business Administration. She is an advocate for people-oriented change management efforts and creating psychologically safe work environments. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running (occasionally), volunteer dog walking for elderly individuals, and spending time with her husband. She is based in Vancouver and will be providing maternity leave coverage for Breah Talan, who is expected to return in November 2025.
