LCHQ Webinar: Patient and Family Engagement in Sustainable QI

Online (Zoom)

Climate change is the biggest health threat of the 21st century and we all have a role to play in reducing the carbon footprint of health services. Patients, families, and health care professionals are all well positioned to be effective champions for climate solutions, and partnering together will get us closer to a climate-friendly health system. Many patients are willing to talk about greener alternatives to their care (e.g. low-carbon inhalers) and are also advocates for advancing lower-carbon health care processes and treatments.
