The purpose of the second APPLAUD Action Series learning session was to create momentum for improvement projects by identifying ideas to try and developing a measurement plan.

By the end of the session, participants would be able to:

• Explore the importance and application of steps in the AUD patient care pathway
• Identify new ideas to try within their own practice
• Establish a measurement plan for their improvement projects
