Jessica Hannon is the Executive Director of Megaphone Magazine, a non-profit society that supports low-income vendors in Vancouver to earn a living through distributing Megaphone issues. Jessica shares her hope for health care: that people “take the cotton out of their ears” and listen to the needs of those on the front lines of the overdose epidemic.
