LTC+: June Coaching Session – Mental Health & Wellness – Let’s Start with Psychological Safety
On June 28, 2021, we hosted the second monthly coaching session as part of the initiative, LTC+: Acting on Pandemic Learning Together. The coaching sessions are scheduled on the last Monday of every month and will run until December 2021. The goal is to provide just-in-time, facilitated conversations and peer-to-peer learning where we will share relevant and best practice information to support your journey.

Learning Outcomes
Following this coaching session, you will be able to:
- Reflect on the tangible ways the Healthcare Excellence Canada (HEC) June webinar and huddles can provide ideas to support changes in your work.
- Identify and apply strategies and resources in your work that focus on mental health and wellness, starting will psychological safety.
Mental health and wellness of our staff and individuals living in long-term care needs to be at the forefront. During this session we will discuss barriers and enablers of psychological safety in the work place.
