LTC+: November Coaching Session – Sharing Initiatives From LTC+

On November 29, 2021, we hosted the sixth monthly coaching session as part of the initiative, LTC+: Acting on Pandemic Learning Together. The coaching sessions are scheduled on the last Monday of every month and will run until December 2021. The goal is to provide just-in-time, facilitated conversations and peer-to-peer learning where we will share relevant and best practice information to support your journey.

Learning Objective

Following this coaching session, you will be able to:

• Learn how the Eden Gardens long-term care home focused efforts on happiness and well being for staff;
• Understand the benefits of a person-centred and team approach to nursing practice in long-term care during a pandemic outbreak in Northern Health; and
• Discover the technology some long-term care homes in the Interior are implementing to improve quality of life for people living in LTC, joy at work for staff and enhancing family presence!
