Recovery After Sepsis – Trifold Pamphlet – Greater Vancouver area

This pamphlet provides support for those recovering from sepsis. It helps patients, caregivers, and families know how to prevent re-infection and detect deterioration after recovery. Helpful links to valuable resources in Vancouver, BC, and globally are included. This pamphlet is easiest to read once printed and folded into three panels.  This pamphlet was created with the Patient Advisory Council of Action on Sepsis at UBC.
