Reimagining Long-Term Care (3.0) BC Collaborative Webinar: Trauma & Resiliency Informed Care: Focus on Older Adults & Care Partners

Reimagining LTC is another collaboration with Healthcare Excellence Canada (HEC). Participating care homes across the country are receiving seed funding, coaching, resources and monthly webinar supports to work on a quality improvement project.
