Katie Quirk from Burnaby Hospital shares how the Navigation Team used Change Day to engage their staff in quality improvement. The Roving Cart, a staff education tool operated by the Navigation Team, was used to gather pledges. Pledges were shared on a pledge tree in the main hallway of the hospital, where it continues to inspire staff and patients.
